Greetings PASS Members,
Happy Veteran’s Day! This is a friendly reminder that our last general body meeting of the quarter is tomorrow, Nov. 12th, 7:00pm-8:00pm, at York 2722.
For this GBM, an officer from the US Navy will explain to us the benefits of letting the government pick up that heavy debt you will have from medical school. Also, he will tell us what is it like being a doctor for the Navy, what is it like to travel around the world as a doctor, and the requirements of being a navy doctor.
T-SHIRT DESIGN CONTEST extended to Nov. 23rd, the winner receives a $50 VISA giftcard! Submissions may be sent to pass@ucsd.edu as a sketch of the design showing front and back of the shirt. All members are eligible to submit designs. The only requirement is that the shirt contains the PASS log. Be creative! Shirts will be available to paid members during the winter quarter GBMs.
You can pay dues and officers will be there to answer any questions. Also, you will be able to sign up for projects at the GBM.
Food and drinks will be provided.
